Samuel D. Lopez serves as President and attorney for UTB United Third Bridge, Inc. An accomplished legal professional, he provides strong leadership and trusted guidance as UTB continues to expand its impact while honoring nearly 50 years of service to Hispanic and minority families.

Samantha Lopez-Bickman

Vice President & Parade President

Samantha Lopez-Bickman serves as Vice President of UTB and President of the Oldest Puerto Rican Day Parade in the State of Florida. She leads outreach, event development, and partnerships with creativity, strategic vision, and deep commitment to community unity.

Edwin Santos

Treasurer, Director & Parade Co-Chair

Edwin Santos serves as Treasurer and Director of UTB, ensuring responsible financial stewardship and organizational transparency. As Parade Co-Chair, he helps coordinate UTB’s oldest Puerto Rican Day Parade in the state of Florida.

Margarita Chavez

Director of Social Concerns & Parade Chair

Margarita Chavez serves as UTB’s Director of Social Concerns and Parade Chair, leading outreach efforts that support families, seniors, and underserved communities. She also guides the planning of UTB’s annual Puerto Rican Day Parade.

Ryan Crawford

Director

Ryan Crawford serves as a Director of UTB United Third Bridge, Inc., contributing to organizational planning, community outreach, and event support. His dedication to public service helps advance UTB’s mission across Brevard County.

Samuel C. Lopez

Founder & President Emeritus (1977–2021)

Samuel C. Lopez founded UTB in 1977 and created Brevard County’s first Puerto Rican Day Parade. The City of Palm Bay named “Samuel C. Lopez Way” in his memory. His legacy lives on in everything UTB does.
